A mock inspection is a CQC-style inspection carried out before the regulator visits, so improvements are flagged by us rather than by an inspector. QMADS reviews premises, evidence, audits and workflow procedures, interviews key staff and gives you a comprehensive report with pictorial evidence of what needs to change.
Often combined with CQC Remedial Action Plan, CQC Governance and CQC Quality Statements.
What will we do?
Our mock inspections are based on real CQC style inspections; this is where we are able to flag up any improvements that are needed in your organisation before the real inspectors do and provide you with the comprehensive report which includes an action plan.
The highlights of the CQC mock inspection service are:
