How we work

A compliance route with no surprises

Regulated providers are working to a deadline and a budget. Every engagement runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

Who we work with

  • Domiciliary care
  • Supported living
  • Care and nursing homes
  • Private clinics
  • GP practices
  • Telehealth and online providers
  • Mental health and learning disability services
  • Hospice and palliative care
  1. Free consultation

Tell us your service model and the regulated activities you intend to carry on. We confirm what CQC will expect of you, and what it will take to get there.

  2. Scope and fixed fee

You receive a written scope and an agreed one-off fee before any work begins, so the cost of compliance is known up front rather than discovered later.

  3. We prepare the documents

Provider and registered manager applications, statement of purpose, policies, business plan and financial viability statement — drafted in the format CQC expects and branded to your service.

  4. Submission and interview

We submit through the CQC portal and prepare you for the fit and proper person interview using questions CQC has put to our previous clients.

  5. Staying compliant

After registration: mock inspections, quality statement evidence, Regulation 17 governance and a remedial action plan whenever a rating needs to move.

Short, direct answers to what people want to know before they enquire.
